We offer a 14 day exchange guarantee provided the product is unused, and still in original packaging. Unfortunately used products or 'change of mind' cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

  • To help support your claim please provide photographic images of the Shipping Bag, Invoice and Product/s with a detailed description to insure your claim is accepted.

All Orders are photographed with Invoice before they are carefully packed inside their Shipping Bags/ Boxes.
    Exchange shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.
    Return Shipping costs are non-refundable.
